In the former premises of Komerční banka in the centre of Ostrov a new creative space called Blaho & work has opened. The first multifunctional hub in the Karlovy Vary Region offers facilities for creators, entrepreneurs, students and the general public. Its aim is to support the local creative community and the sharing of ideas across sectors.
The main hall serves as a shared office or coworking centre, ideal for those who can work from anywhere and are looking for a quiet place with office equipment. There is quality Wi‑Fi, a printer, quality coffee from local roasteries and height‑adjustable standing desks that everyone can adapt to their needs. The hall can also be used as a space for training, workshops, lectures and other community events. Maximum capacity is 80 people. There is also a meeting room for business meetings and a fully equipped podcast studio. The hub also features the first workshop and a certified 3D printing training centre in the region.
